These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of EasyReviewsAI, operated by Altivex Technologies ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and operate a legitimate business to use EasyReviewsAI. By using the platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Description of Service

EasyReviewsAI provides tools to help small businesses collect customer reviews on Google. This includes QR code generation, AI-powered review enhancement, a customer feedback gate, and a business analytics dashboard.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform to generate fake, incentivised, or fraudulent reviews
• Violate Google's review policies or any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform
• Use the service for any unlawful or harmful purpose
• Share your account credentials with others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these rules without notice or refund.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

EasyReviewsAI operates on a subscription model billed via Razorpay (UPI Autopay or card). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

Subscriptions begin immediately upon payment. You can cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until then.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform software, designs, and branding are owned by Altivex Technologies. You retain ownership of your business data and review content. By using the platform, you grant us a limited licence to process and display your data as necessary to provide the service.

7. Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with Google (for review submission), Razorpay (for payments), and AI providers (for review enhancement). Your use of these services is also governed by their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the actions or availability of third-party services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

EasyReviewsAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will result in a specific number of reviews or rating improvements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Altivex Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
