Cancellation and Refunds

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions on EasyReviewsAI, operated by Altivex Technologies. Please read it carefully before subscribing.

1. General Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our digital subscription service, all payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has commenced. This applies to both monthly and annual plans.

When you cancel a subscription, you will retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing cycle.

3. Exceptions

We will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once for the same subscription period due to a technical error.
• Service unavailability: If the platform was unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours in a billing period due to issues on our end.
• Unauthorised charge: If you believe a charge was made without your authorisation, please contact us immediately.

Refund requests under these exceptions must be raised within 7 days of the charge date.

4. Annual Plans

Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the full year. In exceptional cases (as listed above), we may offer a pro-rated refund for the remaining months at our discretion.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at contact@easyreviews.ai with:

• Your registered email address
• The Razorpay payment ID (found in your billing confirmation email)
• A brief description of the reason for the refund request

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

6. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section of your dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges but does not trigger a refund for the current period. Your account remains active until the end of the paid period.
