This Shipping Policy explains how EasyReviewsAI, operated by Altivex Technologies Limited, delivers both digital and physical products to customers.
1. Digital Products and Services
EasyReviewsAI is primarily a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. All digital products — including your subscription, QR code links, review funnels, and dashboard access — are delivered electronically and are available immediately upon successful payment and account setup.
There is no physical shipment required for digital-only plans. Access is granted via your registered email address and can be used from any device with an internet connection.
2. Physical QR Code Placards
Certain subscription plans include a professionally printed QR code placard delivered to your business address. The following terms apply to physical placard orders:
2.1 Order Processing
Once your subscription is activated and your QR code is generated, placard orders are processed within 2–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched.
2.2 Delivery Within India
Physical placards shipped within India are typically delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery is handled via reputable courier partners. A tracking number will be shared with you once the order is shipped.
2.3 International Delivery
International placard shipping is available on request for Enterprise plan customers. Delivery timelines and any applicable customs duties will be communicated at the time of order. Please contact us at contact@easyreviews.ai to arrange international delivery.
2.4 Delivery Address
It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided in your account settings is accurate and complete. EasyReviewsAI is not liable for non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If you need to update your address before dispatch, please contact us promptly.
3. Damaged or Lost Items
If your placard arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at contact@easyreviews.ai within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Please include your order details and, where possible, a photograph of the damaged item. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for QR placards included in your subscription plan are covered by EasyReviewsAI for standard delivery within India. Additional placards ordered separately may incur a shipping fee, which will be disclosed at checkout. International shipping charges (where applicable) are borne by the customer.
